Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cottage cheese, 1 lb. cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream cheese in a bowl.
Add sugar gradually beating.
Add eggs and beat well.
Beat in lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch and flour. Add melted butter and mix until smooth.
Blend in sour cream.
Pour into a 9-inch or 10-inch spring-form pan (greased).
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 1 hour.
Don't peek.
Turn off heat and leave cake in oven for 2 hours longer.
Cool 2 hours at room temperature, then refrigerate.
