Cheddar Cheese Soup
Cheddar Cheese Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lg. onion, thinly sliced, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. margarine, 1/4 c. flour and 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Saute onion and celery in margarine for 3 minutes.
Stir in flour, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook until vegetables are coated and mixture is bubbly.

Add milk; heat but do not boil.
