Charlene's Egg Noodles
Charlene'S Egg Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, well beaten, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 cooked chicken, 2 tbsp. shortening and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix eggs, shortening and salt.
Add small amounts of flour at a time until dough is very stiff.
Place on heavily floured board. Sprinkle flour over dough.
Roll out on board.
Sprinkle with flour again.
Roll up into a roll.
Circle.
Slice off in very thin strips and place in boiling chicken broth.
Take chicken off the bone and place in noodles.
Let simmer 10 to 15 minutes, being careful not to let the noodles stick.
