Champon(Japanese Noodle Soup) is an moderately easy dinner. Start water to boil in a large pot.
In wok or iron skillet, pour enough oil to coat. Heat to saute. Add vegetables, individually, except mushrooms. When they begin to wilt, sprinkle with teriyaki sauce. Cover, but stir often.
Add Ramen and flavor packets to boiling water and boil 6 to 8 minutes. When done, turn off and let sit in water.
