Cathedral Window Cookies
Cathedral Window Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag nestle semi-sweet chocolate bits, 1 stick margarine, 1 bag miniature colored marshmallows, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 c. angel flake coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt chocolate bits and margarine in a saucepan.
When it is cool enough so as not to melt marshmallows, add marshmallows and mix until well coated.
Tear 2 pieces of wax paper 20 inches long.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut along the length of the paper. Pour 1/2 mixture over the coconut and 1/2 cup coconut on the top. Shape into a log, roll in wax paper.
This makes 2 logs.
Chill for 14 hours, then slice.
