Carrot Salad
Carrot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large carrots, peeled and shredded, 1 c. raisins, 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (no sugar added), drain and reserve juice, 1/3 c. fat free mayonnaise and 2 pkg. equal or 4 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place raisins in hot water 10 minutes and drain.
Place in large bowl the carrots, raisins, pineapple, mayonnaise, Equal and juice.
Mix and chill.
