Melt together butterscotch chips and butter.
Add graham cracker crumbs and nuts.
Mix well.
Press 1/2 of mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.
In separate bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, vanilla and egg.
Pour over crust.
Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
