Butter Sugar Cookies
Butter Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. wesson oil and 2 slightly beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat together butter, sugar, powdered sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla.
Fluffy.
Sift flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar. to creamed mixture.
Form into 5 rolls. Chill or freeze; slice.
Press down with bottom of a glass; sprinkle with sugar.
10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets immediately.
Cool on racks.
