Brunch Egg Casserole
Brunch Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. toasted bread cubes, 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 8 slightly beaten eggs and 4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Spread bread cubes in bottom of greased 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese over bread.
Blend eggs, milk, pepper, salt, mustard and onion.
Pour over bread and cheese mixture.
Bake at 325Β° until egg mixture is set (40 to 45 minutes).
Sprinkle bacon bits over casserole last 10 minutes or baking.
