Brownie Sheet Cake
Brownie Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 stick oleo and 1/2 c. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix together sugar, flour and soda. Set aside.
In a saucepan, mix together oleo, Crisco, cocoa and water.
Bring to a rapid boil.
Pour the boiling mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add the buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
