Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
In saucepan, over low heat, melt margarine, water and cocoa.
Pour this mixture into dry ingredients; blend well.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
Blend well.
Pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
