Brownie Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, 3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 3/4 c. sugar and 4 eggs, lightly beaten by hand, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt oleo and chocolate over low heat.
Cool a few minutes. Then add vanilla and pecans.
Sift flour and sugar; add eggs and stir lightly until flour is absorbed.
Stir in chocolate mixture. Do not use mixer.
Fill paper muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 minutes.
Makes 24 cupcakes.
