Broccoli-Nut Casserole
Broccoli-Nut Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. chopped roasted peanuts, 2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, 1 c. grated sharp cheese, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Broccoli according to package directions.
Drain. Add soup, mayonnaise peanuts.
Add eggs and onion. Mix well. Melt butter pour over bread crumbs. Pour broccoli mixture into greased 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
