Broccoli Cheese Soup
Broccoli Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. flour, 3 c. water and 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli flowerets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large pot, cook onion in butter until tender.
Stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually add water then broccoli, bouillon and worcestershire sauce.
Over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened and broccoli is tender.
Add cheese and half & half. Cook and stir until cheese melts and soup is hot.
(Do not boil.)
