Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, 2 eggs, well beaten, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 3/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes.
Drain well.
Mix together broccoli, soup, eggs, cheese and mayonnaise.
Place in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until casserole is set and lightly browned.
