Broccoli-and-Chicken Soup
Broccoli-And-Chicken Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted), 1/2 c. milk and 1/8 tsp. red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add broccoli. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
Stir in soup and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
Stir in pepper.
Pour into serving bowls.
Top each serving with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
