Breakfast Or Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, cubed, 2 c. milk, 1/2 c. diced onion, 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded and 2 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put bread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with cheese, sausage and mushrooms.
Mix eggs, milk, onion and dry mustard.
Pour this mixture over other ingredients; chill overnight.
Mix together one can mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk and pour over chilled mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
