Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 1/2 c. flour, 3 c. sugar, 4 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt and 1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Mix together well and add the cereal and chopped nuts.
In mixing bowl, combine salad oil, eggs and buttermilk.
Add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a 400Β° oven.
Batter may be kept in refrigerator up to 3 weeks and used as needed.
