Bobbie's Coffee Cake
Bobbie'S Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 c. (1 pt.) sour cream and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Beat in cream and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Mix one cup of sugar and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon well.
Put half of the batter in large tube pan. Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture over the batter, then knife through.
Repeat, using rest of the batter and mixture.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for a good hour.
