Bob Lloyd's Yankee Chili
Bob Lloyd'S Yankee Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 2/3 to 3/4 c. spaghetti, cooked, 3 tsp. chili powder or more to taste, 1 can tomatoes, blended and chopped and 1 can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Pam the bottom of stew pot.
Add ground beef.
Salt generously with Lawry's.
Add chili powder.
Cook on low heat until browned. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and beans.
Fill each can with water and add to mixture.
Add spaghetti to other ingredients; bring to boil.
Turn on low heat and cook 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove separated fat.
Heat before serving.
Add 1 tablespoon honey to each bowl.
Serve.
