Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries, drained, 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Drain berries and pineapple.
Measure liquid and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.
Add to gelatin mixture.
Stir in blueberries and pineapple. Pour in 2-quart mold and refrigerate until firm.
