Blonde Brownies

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Stir together flour, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
In saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
Stir dry ingredients and walnuts into brown sugar mixture. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Cut into bars while warm. Makes 48.
