Bird Nest Cookies
Bird Nest Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. rice krispies cereal, 1 c. shredded coconut, 1/3 c. light corn syrup, 3/4 c. peanut butter and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine in bowl cereal and coconut.
Bring just to boil while stirring constantly the corn syrup, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
Remove from heat and stir in the cereal and coconut mixture.
Let cool and then shape into bird's nests.
Put jelly beans in the bird's nests for eggs.
Kids really love this.
