Bev's Spinach Casserole
Bev'S Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 c. sour cream (may use lite or nonfat), 1 egg, beaten and 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook spinach and onion together according to package directions.
Drain thoroughly.
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
