Betty's Hamburger Supreme
Betty'S Hamburger Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/3 c. chopped onion and 3 tbsp. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown meat in 1 tablespoon oleo.
Add salt and tomato sauce. Turn off heat; cook noodles and drain.
Put noodles in a bowl and add cottage cheese, softened cream cheese and poppy seed.
In a small pan cook peppers and onion in remaining oleo.
Add to noodle mixture and stir.
Put all of noodle mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread.
Pour meat mixture over noodles and spread.
Bake 1/2 hour in a 350Β° oven.
Serves 6.
