Berry Cream Coffee Cake
Berry Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. margarine, 2 c. biscuit mix, 1/3 c. milk and 1/2 c. raspberry or other flavor preserves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut cheese and butter into biscuit mix.
Blend in 1/3 cup milk.
Knead 8 to 10 strokes.
Roll into rectangle on waxed paper. Turn onto greased cookie sheet.
Remove waxed paper.
Spread preserves down center of rectangle.
Cut off sides of dough into strips (almost to jam).
Fold strips over center (crisscross). Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
Drizzle with icing.
