Beer Cheese Soup
Beer Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. margarine, 4 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 1/4 c. evaporated milk and 16 oz. cheez whiz, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large saucepan, melt the margarine. Add flour.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and add to flour mixture.
Add milk and simmer. Add Cheez Whiz and Worcestershire sauce and simmer until thickened. Add beer and cook until hot.
Float popcorn on top. May add shredded vegetables and chives.
