Beef 'n Broccoli Stir-Fry
Beef 'N Broccoli Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. top round steak, thinly sliced, 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, red peppers, bamboo shoots and mushrooms, thawed, 1/2 c. steak sauce, 1/4 c. soy sauce and 2 cloves garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend steak sauce, soy sauce and garlic.
In large bowl, pour marinade over steak.
Chill for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove steak from marinade; reserve marinade.
In large lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry beef for 3 to 4 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Remove steak with slotted spoon.
Keep warm.
In the same skillet, heat vegetables and reserved marinade to boil; reduce heat.
Cover; simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in beef.
