Barbecued Spareribs
Barbecued Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. spareribs, 1 large onion, 1 lemon, 1 c. catsup and 1/3 c. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place ribs in a large, flat pan.
Slice enough onion and lemon to lay alternately on meat.
Bake at 450° for 30 minutes.
Mix in saucepan the catsup, Worcestershire, Tabasco, chili powder, salt and water.
Bring to a boil (but don't boil); pour over meat and turn oven down to 350°.
Baste every 15 minutes for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Sauce may thicken, so add water.
Serve sauce over cooked rice.
