Barbecued Spareribs
Barbecued Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. spareribs, 3 onions, 1 tsp. paprika, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut ribs into pieces.
Cut slices of onions and place over ribs.
Mix all ingredients listed and pour over ribs.
Bake 30 minutes at 450°, then lower to 350° until nearly done.
If you have covered them, remove cover and brown.
I often use foil over the pan for about an hour, then remove.
I use this for barbecuing pork chops also.
