Barbecued Ribs
Barbecued Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 lb. ribs, cut in serving pieces, or pork fingers, 1 lemon, sliced, 1 large onion, sliced, 1 c. catsup and 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 450°.
Place ribs in baking pan, meaty side up. On each piece, place slice of onion and lemon.
Roast for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 1 1/2 hours.
Baste 2 to 3 times. Serves 4.
