Combine eggs, water and contents of pancake mix envelope.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add beef; mix lightly.
Shape small meatballs, using about 1 rounded teaspoonful for each.

Bake in 400Β° oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until done.
