Barbecued Meat Loaf
Barbecued Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 c. bread crumbs (regular oats uncooked can be used), 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 egg, beaten and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine ground chuck, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce; mix well and pack into a lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup tomato sauce with remaining ingredients and pour over meat loaf.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 55 minutes.
While baking, spoon sauce over meat loaf several times.
