Barbecued Lima Beans
Barbecued Lima Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, chopped, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. horseradish, 1/3 c. catsup and 4 slices bacon, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Using a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp.
Drain on paper towel.
Use 1 tablespoon grease to saute onion.
Add Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and catsup and stir.
Add lima beans, tomato soup and bacon bits.
Stir well.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole and bake at 325Β° for 1 hour, uncovered.
Serves 6 to 8.
