Barbecued Hot Dogs
Barbecued Hot Dogs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. turkey hot dogs, 1/2 c. ketchup, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce or other hot sauce and 1/8 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Slice hot dogs into approximately 1/2 inch pieces.
Combine all other ingredients into saucepan.
Stir in sliced hot dogs. Simmer until sauce is thick (this takes quite a while).
Serve in slow cooker on lowest heat to keep them warm.
Have toothpicks near to serve with.
