Barbecued Hawaiian Chicken
Barbecued Hawaiian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up, 1/4 c. apricot preserves, 1/4 c. russian salad dressing, with honey and 2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Arrange chicken pieces, skin side up, in 10 x 6 x 2-inch nonmetal baking dish.
Micro-cook, covered, for 15 minutes, giving dish a quarter turn every 3 minutes.
Transfer chicken to barbecue grill and grill over hot coals for 5 minutes.
Combine the apricot preserves, Russian dressing and dry onion soup mix.
Brush mixture over chicken.
Grill chicken about 10 minutes more or until done, brushing occasionally with preserve mixture and turning chicken until evenly browned.
Transfer to serving platter.
