Trim fat.
Place meat in clear plastic bag.
Place in a deep bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over meat; close bag. Marinate 2 to 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.

Place meat on grill about 6 inches from heat.
Turn every 10 to 15 minutes.
Grill over medium coals for 35 to 45 minutes (total time for medium rare).
