In a large frypan, melt butter.
Fry chicken for 4 minutes on each side.
Remove chicken from pan. Remove grease.
In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
Place chicken back in pan. Pour sauce over and cook on medium-low heat for 40 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender.
