Barbecued Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. boneless chuck roast, 1 1/2 c. ketchup, 1/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/4 c. red wine vinegar and 2 tbsp. dijon style mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place chuck roast in crock pot.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour mixture over roast.
Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours, or 4 - 5 hours on high.
Remove roast from crock pot; shred meat with fork.
Place shredded meat back in crock pot and stir to evenly coat with sauce.
Spoon meat onto buns and top with additional sauce, if desired.
