Barbecued Beef
Barbecued Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium size sirloin tip roast, 1 bottle kraft original barbecue sauce, juice from meat, salt to taste and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put roast in heavy skillet; brown on low to medium heat until well browned on both sides.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put in oven uncovered at 250° to 300°; cook about 2 to 3 hours or until done, keeping about 2 to 3 cups of water in it.
Slice in thin slices; place in casserole dish.
Mix barbecue sauce and some juice where meat was cooked.
Bring to a boil and pour over meat and heat.
It can sit overnight and be heated the next day.
