Brown onions in a little oil.
Add lots of ketchup until boiling.
Add a little vinegar (2 tablespoons or so).
Add about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of honey.
Cook all this on top of stove for 45 minutes to 1 hour, then brush on meat.
