Barb's Chili Chicken
Barb'S Chili Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) fryer, simmer until tender, bone and cut in pieces, 12 tortillas, cubed, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together soups, broth, green chilies, chili and onion.
In large casserole, layer tortillas, chicken, soup mixture and cheese.
Repeat tortillas, chicken, soup mixture and cheese. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Remove top and cook another 30 minutes.
