Baozi (Chinese Dumplings)
Baozi (Chinese Dumplings) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. home style biscuits, 1/2 lb. ground beef or pork, 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, soy sauce and sesame oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook and crumble meat.
Squeeze thawed spinach to remove water.
Mix spinach, meat, soy sauce and sesame oil to taste. Stack 2 biscuits and flatten to 1/4-inch round.
Put spoonful of filling in center and pinch edges together.
Place on rack over (not in) boiling water and steam 15 minutes.
Makes 15; good hot or cold.
