Baked Venison Steak
Baked Venison Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. venison steak, 1 onion, chopped, 1 pkg. instant onion soup, 8 oz. sour cream and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut meat in thin strips.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place meat and onions in small roaster.
Mix onion soup with 1 1/2 cups water.
Pour over meat.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
Mix 2 tablespoons flour with sour cream and small amount of water.
Add to meat and simmer, but do not boil for 10 minutes.
Serve over noodles or rice.
