Baked Tuna Noodle Casserole
Baked Tuna Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton chicken noodle soup mix, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, few grains white pepper, 2 c. drained cooked peas and 1 c. soft buttered bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In small saucepan, cook soup mix in water.
Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Then in a medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
Blend in flour and pepper.
Gradually stir in hot soup and cook until thickened.
Add tuna and fold in peas and onions.
Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
