Baked Flank Steak
Baked Flank Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. flank steak, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Set oven at 450Β°.
Use flat baking dish large enough for steak. Set dish in oven for 5 minutes.
Blend butter and seasoning and add to dish.
When butter melts, add steak.
Bake 5 minutes and turn steak.
Bake another 5 minutes (or more).
Slice steak on diagonal and turn each slice in seasonings in dish.
Serve in dish.
