Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Place chicken in pan. Combine soup and wine and pour over chicken.
Cover loosely with foil and bake in oven at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven; top each piece with a slice of cheese.
Put back in oven without the foil and bake another 10 minutes until cheese melts.
