Baked Carrots
Baked Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, 1 long pkg. ritz crackers, 1 stick butter and 8 oz. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut up carrots and cook until almost done.
Melt butter with cheese.
Put carrots in baking dish (approximately 8 x 11-inch). Pour melted cheese and butter over carrots.
Crush the crackers and sprinkle over carrots.
Bake at 350Β°, approximately 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese bubbles.
Serve hot.
