Baked Beans

In a Dutch oven, add water and beans.
Bring to a boil and simmer hours.
Drain, reserving liquid.
Combine salt, brown sugar, mustard, molasses, catsup, pepper and ground celery. Mix well and add to beans.
Add rest of the ingredients and bake at
2 to 3 hours.
Add more reserved liquid, if needed.
