Autumn Apple Salad
Autumn Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained), 2/3 c. sugar, 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In saucepan, combine pineapple in juice and sugar.
Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes.
Add lemon jello.
Stir until dissolved. Add softened cream cheese and Cool Whip.
